Submitting An Event to the Community Calendar


All submissions will be reviewed before posting to the city's Community Calendar. The city has the discretion to determine which public events will be included in the calendar. The events should provide entertainment, food or other attractions to a diverse population, and promote the economic benefits of tourism or enhance the quality of life of the community. All events must be open to the general public (for free or cost), located within the City of Greenville and organized for non-profit purposes.

Miracle Hill Benefit Concert

On Saturday, June 19, the classic rock ‘n roll band Concealed Damage will be hosting a free concert to benefit Miracle Hill Overcomers Addiction Recovery Center. Concert for a Cause IV will take the audience down memory lane with some of the greatest rock songs of all time. The show will be from 7:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. at the parking lot of Jeff Lynch Appliance and TV Center, on Roper Mountain Road. With the support of remarkable sponsors - His Radio 89.3, WSPA, WYFF, Miracle Hill Ministries and Jeff Lynch Appliance & TV Center, the performance is guaranteed to be a fun, family friendly event. His Radio 89.3 will be there live and food trucks will be on site - so come early for dinner. All attendees are encouraged to bring a chair. While the concert is free, donations are appreciated and will benefit Miracle Hill’s addiction recovery program.
