Describe the proposed location, including the address (if applicable).

Describe required maintenance, including projected
costs, frequency, organization/individual who will be responsible and any other special considerations.
Indicate the extent of the proposal and its relationship to any existing structures and the
built environment. Site plan to include property lines, ownership information, roadways, etc.
Include photos of the existing and surrounding properties. Please zip files if you have multiple images.
Include drawings for all sides. These drawings should illustrate the relationship of the proposed artwork to neighboring properties.
Include any manufacturer's specifications. Actual materials and colors must be presented at the hearing.
Include design for 3-dimensional objects, such as sculpture,
fountains, furnishings and support (foundation/base).
Include sheets illustrating the design and type of lighting or details to best illustrate your request.

The Arts in Public Places Commission (APPC) meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m., on the 1st floor of City Hall. Requests for financial participation are approved twice per year, typically at the February and August meetings. Please submit application and supporting materials in digital format with original signatures and supporting materials at least two weeks before APPC meetings.
