The completed application must be submitted 30 days in advance of requested start date. Only non-profit organizations may apply. The fee is $300 and does not include the cost of the dye. The dye is to be provided by the requestor after the City has approved the dye request, and must be delivered to the Parks and Recreation Department seven days before the dye start date.
If your request is approved, you will receive information about how to pay the $300 fee. Dye can be purchased from www.bluevalleylabs.com. Organization will provide dye for a 6,700-gallon fountain for requested time period (6-8 gallons of dye is required for a month of color, depending on the season).
