The end of summer is nearing, but there is still fun to be had! Check out below for what's happening with the City's parks and recreation.

Youth Afterschool Registration

School is almost back in session! Do you have your back-to-school plans ready? The Study Buddies Youth Afterschool Program is still accepting participants at the David Hellams Community Center, Nicholtown Community Center and West Greenville Community Center!

Participants in the Study Buddies Afterschool program will receive homework assistance and life skills development, as well as participate in recreational activities.

This program is open to students in 5K through 8th grade, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on school days. A healthy meal is provided daily.

Youth Flag Football is Back!


REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

Our Youth Flag Football league is back beginning this fall! Players will have the opportunity to learn teamwork and the fundamentals of flag-football in a 5v5 league setting, while engaging in fun, fast-paced competition! League is open to ages 8-12.

Fall season runs October 10 through December 10.
Practices and games will take place at Holmes Park.
