Working to Remove Invasive Plants from our Parks

On Friday, February 25, Upstate Forever provided a workshop and training day for our Parks crew where they grew their skills for sustainable invasive plant removal. During the training, City staff and Upstate Forever staff removed various invasive plants from a City property that’s under a conservation easement.

Want to help us rid our parks of invasives? Sign up for our North Main Rotary Park clean-up on Saturday, April 23 here.
