Submitting An Event to the Community Calendar


All submissions will be reviewed before posting to the city's Community Calendar. The city has the discretion to determine which public events will be included in the calendar. The events should provide entertainment, food or other attractions to a diverse population, and promote the economic benefits of tourism or enhance the quality of life of the community. All events must be open to the general public (for free or cost), located within the City of Greenville and organized for non-profit purposes.

Lane/median closures on Rutherford Road

Tuesday, January 5, 2021

Saluda Construction will be on Rutherford Road at Renrick Drive performing open cut and replacement of the City’s sewer line for (approximately) the next three weeks. This is two blocks down from the previous Rutherford Road closure and will affect the westbound lanes and median. Traffic patterns will be shifted in different phases to complete the work and traffic control will be in place to direct traffic accordingly. Work will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
