Submitting An Event to the Community Calendar


All submissions will be reviewed before posting to the city's Community Calendar. The city has the discretion to determine which public events will be included in the calendar. The events should provide entertainment, food or other attractions to a diverse population, and promote the economic benefits of tourism or enhance the quality of life of the community. All events must be open to the general public (for free or cost), located within the City of Greenville and organized for non-profit purposes.

Historical Flutes with Michael Lynn

Oberlin Conservatory’s professor of historical flutes and recorder Michael Lynn presents a masterclass and lecture demonstration on the history of the flute, using his personal collection of original instruments. Audience members will even be able to try the instruments! Just 50 seats will be available call 864-520-8807 for tickets.
