Submitting An Event to the Community Calendar


All submissions will be reviewed before posting to the city's Community Calendar. The city has the discretion to determine which public events will be included in the calendar. The events should provide entertainment, food or other attractions to a diverse population, and promote the economic benefits of tourism or enhance the quality of life of the community. All events must be open to the general public (for free or cost), located within the City of Greenville and organized for non-profit purposes.

Periodic Trail Closure: Church Street Underpass of the Swamp Rabbit Trail

Work on the Church Street underpass of the Swamp Rabbit Trail will include new fencing, trail work and pedestrian lighting. Crews will work to minimize trail impacts, by allowing trail traffic to flow throughout the construction process. Trail users may experience short closure windows to complete items like material transportation or excavation. Flaggers will be on site to safely manage traffic flow.
