Submitting An Event to the Community Calendar


All submissions will be reviewed before posting to the city's Community Calendar. The city has the discretion to determine which public events will be included in the calendar. The events should provide entertainment, food or other attractions to a diverse population, and promote the economic benefits of tourism or enhance the quality of life of the community. All events must be open to the general public (for free or cost), located within the City of Greenville and organized for non-profit purposes.

Freedom Flyer 2 Miler

Two mile run along the Swamp Rabbit Trail starting at the Kroc Center soccer field. Participants will start on the field, run to the SRT, take a right and head toward Linky Stone Park. There will be turnaround at Linky Stone Park. The participants will then run along SRT, cross over S Hudson St. and stay on the SE side of SRT, opposite side of the Commons. There will be a turnaround just before Willard Street. Participants will then return to the Kroc Center.
