All rentals are for a 1 hour skate session and rentals are subject to rink availability. Form submission does not guarantee rink rental.  All inquiries must be submitted 48 hours in advance of desired rental.  Once submitted, a City Ice on Main staff member will reach out concerning your inquiry. Rentals are finalized upon payment.

Full rink rentals are not available during blackout dates (November 23 - November 27 and January 16) or throughout the School Break Hours (December 16 - January 2). The maximum rink capacity for a rental is 60 skaters.

DISCOUNT PRIVATE SKATE RENTALS

• Discount private skate rentals are available for non-profits, schools, birthday parties, and business organizations during specified times
• Discount rentals are available Monday - Thursday for the 2:00 p.m. and the 3:30 p.m. skate sessions
• Must purchase a minimum of 30 tickets to be eligible
• This discount ensures $2 off per ticket purchased and a private 1 hour skate session

PRIVATE SKATE RENTAL

• Full rink rentals are available at full ticket pricing and full capacity (60 tickets)
• Must purchase 60 tickets to be eligible
• Full rink rentals are available during the following times:
  • Monday - Thursdays - skate sessions at 5:00 p.m. or after   
  • Friday - Sunday - all available skate sessions

 BLACKOUT DATES

• Rental options are not available during the following blackout dates.
  • November 23 - 27  
  • December 16 - January 2
  • January 16 

 REFUND POLICY

• Rentals are non-refundable. Exceptions will be made if the rink is unable to open due to inclement weather or maintenance issues. Please note that the rink will operate in light to moderate rain
• Rental days/times are non-transferable once booked
