Grant Supports Additional Officers in Schools
Adding more officers to keep kids safe! When school starts next month the Greenville Police Department will add three new School Resource Officers thanks to a grant from the South Carolina Department of Public Safety and a partnership with Greenville County Schools.

Help Reduce Noise Pollution
The City is asking downtown visitors to help reduce noise along Main Street, by refraining from playing loud music or revving engines. Violators of the city's noise ordinance will be subject to a maximum fine of $1,087.
