Each March, the City of Greenville
Parks and Recreation Departments sponsors an
annual family celebration of Irish culture. Located
in Falls Park, this one-day event occurs the
Sunday prior to St. Patrick's Day. In 2008, the
celebration will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, and will
include live Celtic music, bagpipes, Irish food
and drink and a variety of children's activities.
