The following procurement documents can be downloaded by clicking below. Addenda are added to this page as they become available. Please check for them before submitting your response. Procurement documents are available in PDF format and must be viewed in Adobe's free Acrobat Reader.
When one of the procurement documents below is selected for download, a pop-up form screen will appear before the document is displayed. The pop-up form screen will ask for your contact information. The contact information will be used by the City of Greenville to make an effort to notify you if, in the future, the procurement document you selected for download is changed or cancelled.

It is the responsibility of any vendor or contractor to notify the appropriate staff member at the City of Greenville Purchasing Division through the pop-up form screen, or e-mail

or some other means when procurement documents are downloaded from this site. Failure to do so may result in the vendor or contractor not receiving addenda or other information relevant to the document. Such notifications should include document number, company name, contact name, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address. HOWEVER...it is ultimately the responsibility of the vendor or contractor to ensure that they have all current information, and addenda thereto, if any, before submitting their response to the City, and the City retains the right to reject any incomplete submissions.

Location and Hours
The Purchasing Division is located on the 7th floor of City Hall (206 S. Main Street). Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on designated City holidays.
