The Public
Transportation Department, which includes the Parking Services and Transit
Divisions, is responsible for oversight and operation of the
City’s 11 parking garages and seven surface parking lots, as well as enforcement
of parking throughout the downtown area.
The Department also provides the day-to-day transit operation services and
maintenance of Greenlink, Greenville’s public transit system, for the
Greenville Transit Authority.
