Greenville 311 iPhone App

Screen Shot of Greenville 311 iPhone AppOn February 5, 2010, Greenville 311 was launched as Greenville’s first official iPhone application, which will allow residents to quickly input information about service requests such as graffiti reports, needed repairs, crimes witnessed, potholes, traffic situations, etc.

Greenville 311 allows iPhone and iTouch users to simply open the app, select an issue, take a picture, and tap "submit" – the app knows the exact location and sends the issue directly to Greenville Cares. There is no charge to download the app and Greenville joins an ongoing list of cities using advanced technology as an extension of the city's customer service call center making the filing of complaints quicker and easier for iPhone users.
