Special Event Volunteers

We work to make your volunteer experience fun and easy. To volunteer, just fill out an online Volunteer Application Form. Once complete, you'll receive a volunteer login via email, where you can go to select your schedule and receive information related to your events.

AT&T Red, White & Blue Seeks Community Volunteers for Sunday, July 4th

Community volunteers are needed for the AT&T Red, White & Blue Festival, Greenville's official July 4th celebration, which draws about 75,000 people to Downtown Greenville. We need 200 volunteers in key positions to help staff the ticket, beer and Pepsi booths. Come join us for fireworks and good fellowship with other volunteers on Sun, July 4, 2010. Tips collected from the event will benefit three local non-profit charities.

Volunteer Shifts are from 4:15 pm to 7:30 pm, and from 6:30 pm to 10:15 pm. Volunteer positions include Ticket Captains, Ticket Sellers, Wristband Sellers and Helpers, Beer Servers, Pepsi Servers and Event Runners.

Please note: All volunteers are required to fill out the new Volunteer Service Agreement & Release form prior to volunteering for the first time in 2010. Volunteers between the ages of 10 -17, must have a parental consent form on file. Waivers can be faxed to 864-467-2794 or email to efleming@greenvillesc.gov prior to the event.
