The level of stability that the City of Greenville maintained over the past several years was largely unique to Greenville during this tumultuous time, and was the direct result of sound management practices. In 2011, our elected officials and staff worked diligently to ensure that the City remained responsive to the swiftly changing economic climate and successfully transitioned from maintaining the status quo to once again promoting growth and strategically positioning Greenville for future development.
