Planning and Development Division
The Planning and Development Division is responsible for administering and updating
the Land Management Ordinance and long-range
planning efforts including the City’s Comprehensive Plan and various master plans.
Our mission is to work towards improving the quality of life for the citizens of
Greenville. Staff members work with various
boards and commissions including the Planning Commission, the Design Review Board and
the Board of Zoning Appeals.
Connections for Sustainability
The Connections for Sustainability project is focusing comprehensive planning efforts on the western portion of the City of Greenville.
