Administrative Manual
The City of Greenville utilizes a consolidated Land Management Ordinance to publish its zoning and land development regulations (effective January 1, 2008). The following Manual is linked to the Ordinance; it is designed to assist the user in navigating the land development permitting process and its associated application forms and fees.
