Administrative Manual

The City of Greenville utilizes a consolidated Land Management Ordinance to publish its zoning and land development regulations (effective January 1, 2008). The following Manual is linked to the Ordinance; it is designed to assist the user in navigating the land development permitting process and its associated application forms and fees. You may view the Ordinance on Municode is also located on this site. Questions concerning either of these documents should be directed to the Planning and Development Office at 864-467-4476 or email.
