Punt, Pass and Kick Competition
The City of
Greenville Parks & Recreation Athletics Department hosts the local competition
of NFL Punt, Pass & Kick annually in September.
2011 Champions
On Saturday, September 24th at 10:00am, the City of Greenville Parks and
Recreation Department hosted the NFL Punt, Pass and Kick competition at
Greenville High School’s Sirrine Stadium.
The NFL Punt, Pass & Kick program is a national skill competition for boys and
girls between the ages of 6 and 15 to compete separately against their peers in
the following categories: Punting, passing and place kicking.
Sixty two (62) participants came to compete against one another with winners
being selected from each age group. Bob Jones University sent over eight student
volunteers to assist the Athletic Staff for the duration of the event. Quentin
Thompson from the Parks and Grounds Division was also present to lend a hand in
leading the event.

The winners will have the opportunity to compete at the sectional event which is
scheduled for November 5th at the old Liberty High School Football Field.
Congratulations to all the winners and the youth that devoted their time to come
out and have a good time in friendly competition.
