Instructor Compensation

The City of Greenville Parks and Recreation Department creates partnerships with program instructors and organizations when collaborating to offer programs. We use a model that allows for there to be a split between the City of Greenville and the instructor or organization so that each entity receives a percentage of fees collected. This percentage split is based on the type of program being offered, participant fees, facility fees, staff support, shared program costs, advertising costs, etc.
