We offer the following medical services:

Pre-placement Physicals, Fitness to Work Evaluations, and Annual Safety Sensitive Physicals: These services include annual blood work (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, glucose, PSA), medical screening (blood pressure screening, vision screening, hearing testing, EKGs, colon cancer screening), and immunizations (flu, tetanus, and hepatitis B).

Drug Testing: We manage employee alcohol and drug testing programs to ensure compliance with federal regulations and City policies and procedures for reasons of pre-employment, random, and reasonable cause.

On the Job Injury Care: Immediate first aid; follow-up care for work-related injuries and illnesses; coordination of health care and referrals to specialists; work hazard identification; coordination of return to work post injury.

Police & Fire Services: Annual Stress Test , Pulmonary Function Testing, and Bi-annual Fitness Test in Cleveland Park (1.5 Mile Run)

Case Management: Manages Worker’s compensation cases.

We offer Health Promotion and Education Programs:

  • Greater Greenville Shrinkdown™ – City of Greenville is a weigh-in site for Greater Greenville Shrinkdown. Employees, downtown businesses and residents participate in 9-week healthy living program with a goal of losing weight and making healthy lifestyle changes.
  • Get Fit Greenville™ - Participation in a 9-week fitness challenge to participate in moderate intensity exercise 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes each.  Participants keep exercise diary online.
  • Lunch And Learn – stress, nutrition, cholesterol
  • "Treat for Your Feet" – mini foot massages
  • Health Education
  • Pink Ribbon Month – Breast Cancer Awareness
  • Health Risk Appraisals
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Smoking Cessation
