3D Downtown Buildings
The 3D
buildings model is a high quality product that enhances the ability for developers and architects to
visually incorporate their proposed building within the context of existing downtown structures.
The 3D building files are available in 3DS format and can be explored using the Autodesk 3ds
Max Design software and other applications such as Google SketchUp, ESRI ArcScene, and ESRI ArcGlobe.
3D Buildings are only available within the downtown of Greenville.

Contact the City of Greenville GIS Division for details on how to obtain 3D building files and project site base data. We request that the applicant provide a copy of the final proposed building model in either SketchUp (*.skp), 3D Studio (*.3DS), or Autodesk VIZ (*.max) format to assist us with model updating.
