Qualified Residential Builders and General Contractors

The City of Greenville’s Community Development Division is seeking applications from qualified Residential Builders/General Contractors for new construction and or housing rehabilitation opportunities. In accordance with CD’s goals and objectives, CD will be accepting proposals in the form of completed applications to develop a list of qualified builders/contractors to construct or rehabilitate low and moderate income housing within the city limits of Greenville.
