The Greenville County Human Relations Commission and the City of Greenville will host a
public workshop on November 1 and 15 to discuss how to maintain the comfort and livability of your home and explain code enforcement. Door prizes and a light meal will be provided.

"Living the Dream: Going from Renter to Homeowner," will offer various topics on how to become a homeowner.

Housing Fair

The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors will be hosting a housing fair entitled, “Living the Dream: Going from Renter to Homeowner.”  The event will be held on November 5 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the TD Convention Center.  Workshops will include topics such as financial literacy and credit, down payment assistance resources, benefits of using a realtor and the home buying process.  City of Greenville staff will also be available to discuss affordable homeownership opportunities in the City of Greenville.  The event is free and open to the public.
